Eastblanc delivered a residential property in that also includes the newly-constructed location of the West End public library. The building incorporates the 21,000 square-foot library and 7,300 square feet of retail space. Enrique Norten of TEN Arquitectos designed the building; the development team also includes Clark Enterprises, Dantes Partners, JBG Companies, The Warrenton Group and L.S. Caldwell & Associates.
